Access to the Bethel Wellness Center App is limited to members of the Bethel University (MN) community, including students, staff, administrators, and alumni. Interested individuals should register at the Wellness Center front desk.

The Bethel Wellness Center offers a comprehensive app designed to support users on their journey toward a healthier lifestyle. The customized Bethel WLC App provides access to various tools and features relevant to its 11,000 square foot facility located on the Bethel University campus. Key functionalities include:

<ul>
 <li>Class schedules and opening hours</li>
 <li>Tracking daily fitness activities</li>
 <li>Monitoring weight and various body metrics</li>
 <li>Access to over 2000 exercises and activities</li>
 <li>Clear 3D exercise demonstrations</li>
 <li>Preset workout plans along with options to create personalized routines</li>
 <li>A collection of over 150 badges to earn for achievements</li>
</ul>

Users can select workouts online and easily synchronize them with the app for use at home or in the gym, enabling effective progress tracking. The app serves as a virtual personal trainer, providing guidance and motivation across a range of fitness activities from strength training to weight lifting.

Additionally, the app can be synchronized with the Apple Health App. By enabling this connection, workouts logged in the Health App will automatically populate in the Activity Calendar within the Bethel WLC App.
